All of the jewellery purchased will be sent in high quality, leatherette jewellery boxes, jewellery pouches for bracelets, and for pendants and brooches, attractive, high quality, heavy duty card boxes.

Postage

All of the jewellery bought from our website are securely packaged before despatch.  You will be able to choose some options for delivery when you make your purchase.  These are:

UK

Recorded Delivery - £2.50

Special Delivery - £5.00  (includes insurance)

 

International Deliveries to U.S., Europe, Canada

Standard International Rate - £2.50

International Signed For - £6.50  (includes insurance)

Rest of World - £5.00

 

The Royal Mail is the carrier used for all purchases.

 

Returns Policy

 

All goods can be returned within  7 days of receipt for any reason.  The products must be returned in the condition that they were sent.  A full refund will be given, including full postage and packaging costs.  Simply return by recorded delivery, or if an international sale, by standard sellers rate, to us in an unused condition.
